Return-Replacement of products

The online store www.karagkiozas.gr guarantees your maximum satisfaction in terms of quality and price. If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with his order, he can return the product he bought, within 14 days from the delivery date.

The right of withdrawal can be exercised exclusively by the customer and under no circumstances by the recipient of the donation. The product must be accompanied by a photocopy of the retail receipt or packing slip if invoiced.

Returned products, to be accepted, must be intact, with the correct packaging, exactly as they were sent to the customer. The customer should first contact us, stating the reason for returning the product. Shipping costs for returns are not covered by the online store. 

The product must be in its original form, as it was sent to the customer, with all its cards as well as the documents that accompanied it when it was sent.

It is not possible to return products belonging to the "offers" category.

It is also not possible to return products purchased and received from the karagkiozas.gr physical store.

After the return is approved, the amount will be refunded by credit to a bank account you indicate to us, or by credit to PAYPAL.
