How can I make sure I have completed my order correctly?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email within one hour. If you do not receive it, please contact our customer service department. Additionally, to confirm that your order was completed successfully, the "Thank you for your order" page should appear after the payment step (step 3).

Shipping to Greece costs €10.00 and is done with ACS COURIER.

For orders in Hard-to-reach areas, shipping costs +2€, which are added after phone confirmation!

For cash on delivery orders, shipping costs €10.00 + €1.20!

For orders over €70 there is NO extra charge! (Free delivery)

EU countries

For overseas shipments, charges vary by weight. In this case you will be informed by email or phone about the charge.

How many days does it take for an order to be delivered?

The delivery process can take up to 1-3 working days from the day of execution. Delivery days are Monday to Friday from 9.00am. until 18.00 p.m. for Athens, Thessaloniki, Patras, Larissa and throughout Crete (prefectures of Heraklion, Chania, Lasithi and Rethymnon). For the rest of Greece, the delivery times of the respective Transport Company apply
